Proscend introduces the newest Long Reach Power over Ethernet solutions to facilitate the accelerated deployment of Ethernet networks by repurposing existing wiring infrastructure efficiently. The solutions provide long-distance network extension beyond 500 meters and roll out data and power over same cables to remote IP devices where only twisted pairs or coaxial cables are available, such as smart elevator, transportation, harbor, tunnel, bridge, parking lot, and analogue camera upgrade, etc. Proscend enables point-to-multipoint and point-to-point connectivity solutions designed for ease of installation, cost-effective deployment, and where any restricted space and harsh environment. Proscend 708E Series is a rugged 8-port Power over Ethernet (PoE) Switch / Extender that is designed for high-density Ethernet connectivity. The 708E Series is located at network side that can connect up to eight 101EPI Ethernet Extenders remotely, over long-distance Ethernet cables, each 101EPI offers standard PoE to power the remote IP devices, like IP camera. It features DIN-rail mounting, DC power input, and can be placed a limited space in a small cabinet required for industrial use applications.
