It is equipped with a Gigabit Ethernet port, and one VDSL2 port in the compact enclosure for easy installation. Proscend offers the MSH17 featuring a 17-slot, centralized-powered chassis to simplify the installation and powering of multiple VDSL2 Extenders at the network side.

Long distance Ethernet data transmission over 1.5km

The VDSL2 Extender supports point-to-point long distance Ethernet data transmission over a pair of UTP lines, where the cable length can easily reach 1.5km and up to 3km depending on cable quality.
