HSINCHU-TAIWAN, Oct. 28th, 2010 – Proscend Communications Inc. today announces the availability of Proscend 500 Interface Converter.
Proscend 500 Interface Converter offers a channelized E1 and 10/100Base-T interface conversion as an Ethernet over E1 converter. Proscend 500 can effectively utilize the redundant bandwidth of telecom operators existing TDM network to transport Ethernet data with low investment.
Proscend 500 Interface Converter connects serial based equipment across an Ethernet network as an Ethernet over Serial converter. Serial data sent and received on serial ports on the serial to Ethernet adapter are encapsulated in Ethernet packets in a manner that provide the most efficient networking performance.
